香港DHL欧盟货件品名描述要求
接香港DHL通知，近期欧洲海关检查发现多起发往欧洲或欧洲中转清关的货件，运单及发票上的货品名称描述不符合当地海关清关要求。
请留意运单和发票上的货品名称描述对于清关非常重要，如品名含糊不清或者笼统，将影响当地清关并可能造成延误及退件等后果。
由于问题非常严重，DHL提示自2014年8月1日起，如再出现货品名称含糊或笼统不符合海关要求的货件将做退件处理。
为避免因此造成货件延误或退件，请加强检查力度，并对寄件客户宣导品名描述的准确性及重要性，确保所有货件在运单及发票上的货品名称正确且符合海关要求，否则如被发现品名描述不合格引致延误/退件的费用与责任将由寄件人自行承担，多谢配合。
